By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Our Service

We create custom memorial keepsakes from your pet's photos and the stories you share: digital portraits, portrait-and-song combinations, framed archival prints, and (coming soon) 3D memorial figurines. Portraits are created with artist-guided AI, refined around the details only you knew.

Free Preview & Payment

• Free preview. Before you pay, you receive a preview of the portrait. You are never charged for a portrait you haven't seen.
• Payment. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency.
• Rework guarantee. If the portrait doesn't feel like them, we will rework it free of charge — because the whole point is that it's them.

Your Responsibilities

• You confirm that the photos you upload are of your pet and that you have the right to use them.
• The stories you share are yours to share.
• Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes others' rights.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the photos and stories you provide.
• You receive a personal, worldwide license to use, print, and share the keepsakes created for you — they are yours to keep.
• We may showcase finished keepsakes only with your explicit permission.

Delivery

• Digital portraits are delivered as instant downloads, typically ready within minutes.
• Framed archival prints are physical goods, produced and shipped within a few business days. Shipping times vary by destination.
• 3D figurines are forthcoming; waitlist sign-ups reserve no charge and create no obligation.

Refunds

Because every keepsake begins with a free preview that you approve before payment, sales are generally final once the preview is accepted. If something goes wrong with your order — a file issue, a print defect, a delivery problem — contact us and we will make it right with a rework, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Service Availability

We aim for a gentle, reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; material changes to paid features will be communicated clearly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
